How much does it cost to stay at Solace?
Our VIP Founding Members enjoy a discounted lifetime launch rate of $845/night—that’s $395 off the future public rate of $1,240/night.
What’s included in the VIP membership?
For a one-time $50 membership, you’ll receive:
1. Locked-in lifetime launch rate ($845/night)
2. Priority access to peak dates and seasonal experiences
3. Up to 18-month early booking window
4. $150 credit toward curated experiences (like wine & cheese, farm-to-cup coffee, stargazing kits, or farm tours)
5. Exclusive discounts with local artisans, growers, and wineries
When can I book my stay?
We’re currently in the development and fundraising phase, working with Santa Barbara County to finalize approvals. If all goes smoothly, we’ll open the booking calendar in late spring 2026, with our first guests welcomed in fall 2026.
How does booking work?
To keep Solace restful and intentional, we’ll begin with fixed arrival/departure windows:
Weekdays: Monday or Wednesday check-in (2-night stay minimum)
Weekends: Friday check-in (3-night stay minimum)
This cadence ensures a smoother rhythm for guests and staff while maximizing time to settle in and enjoy the land.
Can I book now?
Not quite yet. While we’re still in pre-launch, only VIP members can secure their future rates and priority access. General booking will open once construction begins.
